Elfa Jean Smith

ELFA JEAN SMITH of Vienna, VA passed peacefully at her home on Monday, May 1, 2017. Loving wife of 72 years to the late Walter E. Smith; devoted mother to Scarlet (the late Bill) Robertson, the late Wilson (Ella Mae) Smith, Robin (Tom) Isherwood, and Thomas Smith. She is also survived by six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren. Elfa Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Pearle Wilson, and her brother, Charles Wilson. Interment will be private. There will be a celebration of Elfa Jean's life on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 11:00 am, at the Oakton United Methodist Church, 2951 Chain Bridge Road, Oakton, VA 22124. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in memory of Elfa Jean be made to the Oakton United Methodist Church.
