  4. I’ll always remember Ellen as one of the nicest people on the block. She was so friendly and outgoing and had a wonderful sense of humor. Prayers to Dick, Sr., Dick, Jr., Joanne and Jackie.

  5. On behalf of the Shanks family, we wish to express our deepest condolences in the passing of Ellen. Our mom, Claire Shanks, had the opportunity to room with her recently at Fairfax Nursing Center. They became instant friends looking out for each other’s needs. We became very fond of Ellen and her family in that short period. Our mom passed away on March 11 and also had Capital Caring Hospice at her side – we called them our “earth angels”. Your family will be in our prayers.

  6. Jackie, I am so sorry for your loss of your mom. May your sweet memories fill your heart as you say goodbye to your precious mother.

  7. My deepest condolences to you Jackie and your entire family…My prayers being sent and wish all of you nothing but the best of memories.

  8. Dear Dost Family, Heartfelt sympathies are being sent to my dear friend Joann and the entire Dost family of the loss of your beloved mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May you find peace in your memories of your mother Ellen. And may she Rest in Peace forever. With Deepest Sympathy, Vicki
