F. Jewell Donaldson, age 79, of Vienna, Virginia died on November 10, 2015. Beloved wife of Charles E. "Chuck" Donaldson; mother of Elaine Norwood, Deborah Jewell Gilsan (Dan), Terry Edward Donaldson (Pam), and Jody Dale Donaldson (Sheila); sister of Denny and Russell (Sharon) Phipps. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She was an avid gardener and animal lover. She loved her family and would do anything for anyone.

I spent many an evening with miss Diane at chief ikes, enjoying the weather and life, we also shared travel to Mexico , I will always love Diane’s spirit,Tina glass

I am so sorry to hear that our dear neighbor and friend Jewell has passed. I feel very fortunate to have gotten to know her these past 7 years. We shared many lovely chats, bulbs and blooms. She was such a joy and will surely be missed !
