Of Vienna, VA died on Monday, March 7, 2011 at her residence. Loving wife of 35 years to the late Frank E. Stout, Sr., devoted mother of Loretta Johnson, Frank Jr. (Kathleen) Stout, Paul D. (Laura) Stout, Philip (Jessie) Stout, Teresa (Jimmy) Carleo and the late Larry Stout; sister of Joaquin, Joe, Sammy, Jimmy, Lola, Lilly and Cecilia. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Felipa was a veteran of WWII, W.A.C.

We are sorry and saddened to hear of Felipas passing. Her beautiful smile and quiet laughter will be missed. Her devotion to faith and family was to be admired. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sending our love and prayers for the family at this time of loss. I will never forget your kindness and caring. You raised an amazing family with tireless grace and great humor. I am sure your homecoming was a joyous one.
I grew up across the street from the Stouts in Vienna and have many fond memories of Mrs. Stout’s welcoming personality. She was always quick to invite us over, and always kept an eye out for all of us kids. She will be missed very much. Condolences to the family in their time of loss.
