Will miss Fred who I got to know in Piedmont when he swam with Laura several days a week. We became friends there, and shared a hug and “kiss “ and Baba jokes on a regular basis. He was such a happy and truly good man. I know he is already up in Heaven !
Baba was a gentle soul that filled everyone’s heart! It was an honor knowing him but more to hug my prince! I will forever miss him!!
Fred was my brother, he was the best brother you could hope to have. He was fun, kind, helping and always caring. He gave excellent advice, and always had good humor. He will be missed by many people he came in contact with. I’m sure he is in Heaven with his loved ones now
Fred was a very good man. He was a gentleman at all times, was always kind and thoughtful, and his goodness was an inspiration to all of us at St. Mark.
There is so much that can be said about Mr. Heinzelmann. I was his nurse and seeing him always made my week. He was so loving and caring, and so funny to be around (always wanted his holy water and scotch). He talked so highly about his children and how proud he was of them. During a time where he was recovering health wise, He would personally talk to me about how he was worried about how his children would be after he was gone. He wanted to make sure they were strong and knew that he loved them. He talked about his late wife, and would always have a tear in his eye, and you can see the love they shared of how he described her. He was a kind man full of life and faith. He will truely be missed and never forgotten. I love you Baba heinzelmann and I’m thankful to have had you a part of my life. Forever your number one fan, Izzy
Mr. Heinzelmann is going to be missed by so many people. He was such a kind and caring person. Laura, Lisa and Josh, I’m thinking of you at this difficult time. Unfortunately, I am not able to go to the service. I really wanted to go. I’m praying for you and your whole family. Love, Lisa Agostini (Maines)
I will always remember your dad on Christmas Eve at the Stonewall Manir luminary’s prepping. He was so nice to me. If my parents weren’t outside yet he always expressed sincere concern. You were lucky to have such a great dad
The greatest/nicest guy I have ever met-a true friend. We will miss our wonderful friend, however we will always have our wonderful memories of him. A person only gets one chance in a lifetime to meet a wonderful person like Fred-we we’re lucky… God Bless you good buddy. Love & Blessings, Pat & Ray

I knew Fred as a longtime member of St.Mark Church. In recent years he was a faithful member of the widows and widowers group that sat together at mass and had fun together. He was a kind and gentle man, as others have said, and I am sorry he is gone. May he Rest In Peace. Diann Sherwin
