Genero "Pat" Festa, 92, of Vienna, Va., passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 3:40 AM at home. Beloved father of Mary Anne Festa, father-in-law of James Laity and grandfather of Richard Laity-Festa with whom he resided. Son of the late Silvester Festa and Rose Aita Festa. He is also survived by three sisters; Elizabeth Maness, Ann Papp and Mamie Beltran; one brother, Joseph Festa; and one sister-in-law, Maria Festa, all of the greater Trenton, NJ area. Additionally he is survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 28th from 6-8 PM at the Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, Va. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 29th at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, 8601 Wolftrap Rd., Vienna, Va. Interment will follow at Fairfax City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions can be made to Habitat for Humanity or the Carter Center in Atlanta, GA.
