Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Life is not fair, but is less fair when our dear ones leave us prematurely, without reason or a why. Yiyi had a great family and a great life, which did not deserve to be stopped at such an early time. We hope that her soul will be elevated to where it deserves to be, because she earned it after so many years of kindness, goodwill and dedication!!

  2. We are so sorry to hear the news of Giigi’s passing. She was a lovely neighbour who will be dearly missed. Our deepest condolences to the family. Jennifer and Geoffrey

  3. Deppest sympathy to Jim and Michael. I learned of Gigi’s death while on travel and while not unexpected, I was truly saddened. May memories and family support you at this sad time.

  4. We offer our deepest sympathy to the Dingell family. Gigi was always so full of life and she will be missed, especially in the Our Lady of Good Counsel community.

  5. It is difficult to accept that the little girl I knew from Baracoa Beach, in Cuba, and later through- out my life is taken from us, but her memory is a treasure that can’t be taken away.

  6. I just found out and want you to know that when I met Gigi I met a wonderful person. She was always in my prayers and will continue to be. I am a better person because of her. God bless you all. Fran Sicola

  7. I will miss Gigi dearly. She was the closest of my Cuban relatives while I grew up in Falls Church, Virginia, and she married my father’s best friend, Jim (having first met at our house). She always spoke to me in Spanish, and with the kindest affection. May God bless her soul.

  8. I was so very sorry to hear about Gigi. She was a very lovely person. You and your family have my thoughts and my deepest sympathy. Ann Padgette Jones

  9. I’m so thankful we had the reunion and got to visit with Gigi after many years. I will always remember the pleasant ride with her from the lake to Leo’s house. My prayers are with all the family.
