Passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at her home in Leesburg, Va. Beloved wife of the late Francis Joseph Gstrein, Col. USAF (Ret), devoted mother of Jennifer Gstrein Weisberg (William) of Vienna, Va., and Francis Joseph Gstrein, Jr. (Cathy) of Middleburg, Va., sister of Robert D. Fitzgerald of Silver Spring, Md., grandmother of Jordan Alexandra and Ethan Fitzgerald Weisberg. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

I will always remember walking with her and Buffy in the mornings. I will have special memories of our little time together and our funny talks.
I am very sorry to hear about Glenna’s passing last week. I wish everyone well in this difficult time. You all have my condolences.
My heart feels such sadness to hear of the Greatest soul I’ve ever met, other than my own mother, and one of 3 in this world who became a Mentor in my life starting years ago when I was introduced to the Most lovely, beautiful-hearted family I’ve ever known, The Gstrein Family…They were/are a LIGHT unto this world. My heartfelt love and condolence goes out to her most kind and thoughtful son and daughter, Francis and Jenny.
