Glenna Gay Marr, of Ashburn, VA., died on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at her Home. She is the loving wife of the late Robert Marvin "Buddy" Marr, devoted mother of James L. Marr (Barbara), Robert L. Marr (Ane) and Shawn Norris (Ernie), cherished grandmother of, Morgan, Katie, Jessie, Holly and Jeffrey, sister of Faye Lawson, Kenneth Sword and Jimmy Sword (Millie). In lieu of flowers contributions may be in Glenna's memory, to Heartland Hospice, 3900 Jermantown Rd., Fairfax, VA 22030.

I have so many wonderful memories of Grandma Marr! She was always there for me whether I needed someone to talk to or just needed my hair french braided. My heart is with the Marr Family during this difficult time.

We send our sincere condolences on the passing of Glenna. She has been very fortunate to have a family that loves her as unconditionally as you do. She has always been very proud of her family and was beaming every time she shared accomplishments of her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members. Our sons ask about their neighbor; they are happy that she now gets to be with her loved ones in heaven. We miss her and wish nothing but the best for your family.
