Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I am so sorry for your loss. May your many fine memories of your love one bring you comfort during these trying times. Our loving heavenly Father is the “God of all comfort” and he can and will help you through this difficult period because “he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

  2. We met at Ralph & Helen’s housewarming party and were married a few years later (1954). Thanks to them we will celebrate our 59th anniversary this June.

  3. Gentry Family, I was sitting with Eric and Joyce tonight talking about all the wonderful times we had with Ralph and Helen and the kids. Helen was my second mother. I am sure I spent more time in her home than my own. My dad was remembering when Ralph told Mr Gentry that he was going to marry Helen–and the rest is history. There are so many wonderful memories–kids painting each other with house paint when the house was being built, the best Halloween parties ever, learning to play jacks and how to dance and rollerskating in the basement and, most of all, laughing and loving life in a home filled with best friends and hugs and kisses and joy. Helen was there every minute, looking like one of the kids herself, always with a smile and a lot of patience! Helen was the perfect mother to my sisters and me and will forever be a cherished memory for all of us. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Heaven has just gotten a new angel. Eric and Joyce Wyant Susan, Diane, Janet and Lori

  4. To the entire Gentry family I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mrs. Gentry. She was a very kind and loving woman who touched so many people’s lives in such a positive way. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very sad time. Mrs. Gentry will be missed, but she leaves an extremely close-knit family as her greatest legacy.
