Our beloved Mimi
It was with shock and sorrow as I read the Washington Post obituaries today to discover the passing of Helen. As an assistant principle at G. C. Marshall High School she had the respect and friendship of faculty and students. She will be remembered fondly.
Sincerely,
Dean Sissler
I am so sad to learn that Helen has died. Although I hadn’t seen her in recent years our friendship goes way back to the days in Bren Mar Park where we and our young children spent so much time together. When she moved to Mantua, I didn’t see her as often, but we always enjoyed getting together for lunch or other social events, playing bridge, and discussing the books we were reading. I know how much she loved teaching and her students loved her. I send much love to Stanley and the family. Diana Stein
My deepest condolences to the Miller family and friends for the loss of your loved one Helen. You will be reunited with her again right here on a brand new Paradise Earth under Jesus Christ Kingdom rule that you pray to come in the Lord’s Prayer no more sickness pain or death Life Without End Revelation 21:1-5.
Stanley, Mary Frances and I are so sorry for your losing your beloved Helen. I will always treasure her delight in hearing the old familiar big band dance tunes and great singers in my jazz programs. We’ll put on some Sinatra tonight in her honor.

Helen Miller was more than my grandmother (Mimi), she was my best friend and favorite person in the world. I love her and treasure the great times we shared. I visited her almost everyday for the last 7 years and her smile and laugh were the highlights of my day. I miss you Mimi
