He was the most thoughtful neighbor! He will be greatly missed! Whenever it snowed, we’d look outside and he’d be cleaning the car off and shoveling the walk for us! In return, he’d get a plate of brownies. He loved chocolate. Such a kind and sweet man! We were blessed to know him!!!

Jim was a big part of my life as a young man . He worked for my father at Prestera Optical in Falls Church for many years . He taught me a lot about sports and was always a fun guy to be around. I will always have fond memories of Jim when he used to attend my High School football games and visiting him at my Dad’s office . Rest in peace Jim and may God Bless You.
Chris Prestera
I want to offer my condolences to the Williamson family on the passing of James. It is never easy
when we lose a loved one. I hope your fond memories of him will give you a measure of
comfort during this time of sorrow. God cares for those mourning and hears their prayers for
comfort. May he give you the strength to endure the pain of losing this dear man.
Psalm 46:1
Mr. Williamson was my first football coach, and the best coach I ever had. He opened his home to me. He treated me like a son. He never judged me. He, Mrs. Williamson, and Jim accepted me and welcomed me and loved me. I couldn’t ask for a better family. I will always be grateful.
I’m so sorry for your recent loss. My deepest condolences to your family. Death of a loved one is never easy to endure, but you don’t have to go through it alone. You can always find comfort in our God of tender mercy Jehovah, as found at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4.
My Parents are together again…
Jimmy I have the best memories of your parents. Your dad always had a smile on his face. I’m sorry to hear of his passing.
I’m way too late in adding a memory, but recently moved into the Quarryville area and wanted to look up Jim. I worked with him in the Guard Company office in Quantico, VA, and have many fond memories of Jim and a few others who worked there also.
