Guestbook

  1. My sincere condolences to Jim’s family. He was a fine man and a good friend to have when growing up in Girardville and attending St. Joseph’s High School. May he rest in eternal peace.

  2. Marian and Family We are so sorry to hear about your loss! We know how difficult these times can be but we know Jim is in God’s hands. Jim was an outstanding friend and caring human being to all of us! He will certainly be missed but not forgotten! Jim, you and the entire family are in our thoughts and prayers! God bless!

  3. Marian and family, I worked for Jim at Nortel – he was a wonderful humanitarian, mentor and friend who freely shared his wisdom and knowledge. My deepest condolesces to you all during this sad time. Wherefore, comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do. 1Thess. 5:11

  4. To all the Cantwells….I was deeply saddened to learn of Jim’s passing. Although we haven’t seen each other in a long time, I have prayed for your family, daily, because of your friendship and kindnesses to Patsy all through high school and especially during her illness. You once gave me a video showing Patsy arriving at your house carrying her dress for some dance she and Liz were attending. As she walks up to your door ,she calls out,”Hi,Mr and Mrs. Cantwell”. I picture her on May 30th calling out,”Hi,Mr Cantwell,” as Jim arrived in heaven. May God’s peace and mercy be with all of you. You remain, as always, in my prayers. Connie

  5. My sincere condolences to Marion and family. I was one of Jim’s secretaries at Nortel Federal Systems, when we were located in McLean in the Nortel Building. He was a charming gentleman and it was a privilege to work with him.

  6. To the Cantwell Family: I am so sorry for your loss. I worked for Jim while at Siemens…..he was a fine mentor and an even better man. All of us who knew him were touched by his wit and graciousness. Rob Yeschek

  7. Dear Cantwell Family, Jim was a gentleman who treated his colleagues with respect and in turn was well-respected. He was smart, informed and very kind. He was a unique man and I am grateful to have worked with him at Siemens. Yours Truly, Linda Ritzenberg Siemens Government Technologies Reston, VA
