I keep thinking that Joan would be delighted that the Baltimore Orioles won the AL East Championship! I always enjoyed talking with her about O’s baseball and horse racing. My sincere condolenses to her family for their loss.
Sorry to hear about the passing of Ms. Lyons. We have been neighbors for almost 40 years. She was a nice lady and will be missed. Our condolences go out to her family and friends.
I met Joan when we both lived in Arlington, VA. She married Bob and I moved to Wash. DC. We were good friends for many years. She was a kind and good friend. Blessings to her family during this sad time. She will be greatly missed.
When I feel a gentle breeze in my face, in my heart I will know that it is Joan whispering hello. We shared many good times, visits to our home, vacations, cruises. It was never dull with Jo around. I miss you so much, and I miss our phone conversations every week. Lovingly, sister Helen
