I know John through McLean Youth Basketball (we are on the Board together). John was the great encourager, always thanking me for what I did for the program (failing to notice how much HE did for the program!). He was an uplifting person to be around & I will surely miss him.
What a great, stand-up guy! He will truly be missed. I will remember him fondly and I would like to express my condolences to his family and friends.
Our family’s thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. John raised a wonderful daughter who is a talented teacher who has touched the lives of both of my children. God Bless, The Dietrich Family
I was very saddened to hear of John’s passing. I’ve known John almost 20 years from the time our daughters were in grade school. He was a great guy. My condolences to his wife Deb and daughter Maria. Rick Seikaly
I had the good fortune of working with John in Government Relations of the U.S. Postal Service. There wasn’t a nicer guy. Heaven’s gain is our loss. Condolences to the family.
