Linda was an amazing woman of incredible intellect, decisive action and organizational skill. Highly adept at handling challenging circumstances, she was a very private person but quick to offer kindness and help to those around her. Sending condolences to her family and friends.
It was an honor to serve with her. She was a brilliant officer.
Linda was a good friend and colleague. We traveled and worked together in some complicated environments, where Linda’s knowledge, training and expertise made my job easier. I will miss her.
I only met you once, we met in the most strangest way but you were a very sweet person and I’m gonna miss you. Rest peacefully Ms.Flohr
