June retired from the Air Force as Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service. She was a Chief Nurse who served in Vietnam War along with many other areas of the world.

June, You will forever be missed. I am thankful that you were blessed with eight more years of life when you moved to live with Ed and JJ. You are forever my Momma June and I will always love you and miss you. Thank you for being such an important part of my life. Walter will also miss you. We will always remember our Skip-bo games on Saturdays and me being able to grill you your dinner. You introduced Walt and me to many wonderful people and we will remember all the wonderful times together. Love, Love
