Better known as "Lucho" of McLean, VA passed away at home on Monday, June 17, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Lucho is survived by his wife, Raquel of 67 years; his sons, Luis Fernando (Nancy) and Alvaro "Al" and his two grandchildren, Alexiz Marie and Luis Miguel of Vienna, VA; his cousin, MArcelo (Lalo) Olmos. He was preceded in death by parents, Elias and Eva Astorga; and his sister, Magda Frias of LaPaz Bolivia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, www.DAV.org
