Margaret Ann "Peggy" Hetu, age 81, of Vienna, Virginia died peacefully at home on July 5, 2013. Mother of Michael B. Hetu (Sue), Debbie J. Echard (Jack), Susan L. Beyer (Gary), Patrica A. Hetu-Tkacik (Joe) and Jacqueline M. Barber-Davey (Jim); sister of Dorothy Petros McDonald and the late Mother Anne Joseph; grandmother of Jacqueline, Stefanie, Heather, Kyle, Jessica, Brett, Nathan and Ryan and great grandmother of Breck, Jameson, Matthew and Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Carmel Monastery, 5678 Mt. Carmel Road, La Plata, Maryland 20646-3626

My sympathies go out to Mrs. Hetu’s family and friends during this difficult time. I remember her playing the organ at OLGC at the 8:00am Sunday masses. Although she is no longer with us, we have memories of her to keep and to share.
Neighbor of Peggy’s, she spoke lovingly of children constantly. We also lived close by in Vienna Woods. She was a sweet person and will be missed but so blessed by having a loving family.

Mike, Debbie, Sue, Patti and Jackie: I will always remember your mom and the beautiful music her fingers created @ OLGC. She was always so kind and warm hearted to me and everyone around.
