Sitva for 50 years; mother of Christina Silva and the late Monica Silva; step-mother of Maria Teresa Silva and Samuel Silva and sister of Bertha Saravia Gomez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Silva had a love of cooking and travel. She treated everyone she met with dignity and equality. Memorial services will be held at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Avenue, Vienna, VA on Thursday, November 9 at 11:00 AM. On lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 3 International Dr., Rye Brook, NY 10573. www.lls.org.
