Marianne K. Driscoll, of Oakton, Va., originally of Bamberg, Germany, died on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Fairfax Hospital, beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Driscoll, mother of Michael J. Driscoll. She is also survived by a large extended family. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to your favorite charity.

I wish to extend to you my heartfelt sympathy upon the death of your Mother. I managed the Elder Crafters Shop in Alexandria until April 2009. I so enjoyed your Mother’s visit to the Shop when she brought in new merchandise to sell. She was a delightful,cheerful woman who always stayed to chat awhile. May she rest in peace.
