Marisa,
You we’re an amazing woman and I’m proud to have served with you in the Air Force and blessed to call you one of my friends. You were the life of the party and I’ll always remember the night you, me and Amber hot dressed up in our sexy little black dresses and went out to dinner. I still have the picture and it’s one of my fondest memories from my youth. You were an amazing mom and you had a lot of grit! I remember when you went into labor with your second son. You came into work expecting to work until you gave birth! You were so tough! I remember watching you with your oldest son at a staff meeting. You were so attentive and loving. I was always amazed by you vibrant spirit and positive attitude. Peace be with you. Fly high Angel.
Q: What will you never forget about Marisa?
A: The one thing I will never forget about Marisa, was her smile. She could light up a room with her energy, and her smile!
So sorry for your loss Danny!! Prayers for comfort and peace during this difficult time! Dianne Maravetz
Marisa will always be remembered for being the light in room and making you smile.
Oh my sweet friend. I am so sorry to know you’ve left us too soon. I take peace in knowing you are somewhere surrounded in infinite love. You will be missed by all who knew you and loved you. Sending love and peace to those you’ve left here on earth. All my love
I will miss this amazing, energetic and caring woman so much! My cat loving friend! Her smile and laugh would light the room- from the moment I first met her. She made everyone feel loved and cared so deeply for others. What a beautiful ray of sunshine! Xoxo
I can’t find words right now and a picture is worth a thousand, so here are several of us. I love you. I’ll miss you forever.
Thoughts and prayers to you and the entire family. We will always be here for you. From FST-8, past and present!
Danny, Barb, Jeff, Ryan, Adam, Andy, Xavier, Adrian and family-
I am so incredibly sorry for the loss of Marisa. She was an incredible person to know and to call a best friend. She was extremely caring, loyal and compassionate. She was extraordinarily intelligent, and she was hilarious— she could make me laugh until I couldn’t breathe. I will miss that. I will love and miss her forever. Please know that I am thinking of you all.

What do I even say? So many of my absolute best memories are with you. Our years long “word of the day” back and forth…Creating a game that consisted of pushing off the wall and sliding across my living room floor on our backs to see who could get further (that entertained us for way longer than it should’ve ;)…
Sitting on the lifeguard tower at McCarty’s Cove at 3 am and having all the deep convos…Laughing and laughing—and crying a little, too.
Im so lucky that I have those, and so many more great memories with you. I will hold tightly to them forever. I love you so much. So much. Always.
Kate
I’m having a hard time finding the words but I will miss you my friend. So many bottles of wine we shared, so many memories I will cherish them forever. Danny I am so sorry for your loss. She was loved by so many.
RIP Marisa.
I have so many childhood memories with you. You were my best friend. One of my best memories with you is definitely when we would watch Beaches and sing the songs from it. We were even going to get our license plates as C.C. Bloom when we grew up ? The world won’t be the same without you. I pray for you, your family and friends. , I love you and I will miss you. Until we meet again Burrball ❤️?♥️
