Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Mark will truly be missed. He was an outstanding resource and support to me during the period of time we worked together. I remember many times of laughter we shared throughout the years. This is how I will remember Mark as he placed smiles on many faces and was in many ways the sound minded, nucleus of our office. I pray that Mark rests in peace and send my most sincere condolences to his family and friends. Lorena Jelks

  2. A wonderful friend and colleague. Will be greatly missed by all of us in Mobile Alabama. May you rest in peace.

  3. My heartfelt condolences to the family of Mark. It was a pleasure working with you. Just want to say thank you for the times we worked together. God bless and comfort your family in this time of sorrow.

  4. Mark was a dear colleague who always gave me excellent advice. He will be missed. My condolences to his family during this very difficult time.

  5. We may not have worked together much, but for those few occasions that we did, I truly appreciate the insights, knowledge and commitment you brought. You will be missed. My deepest condolences to your family.

  6. Mark is most remarkable and professional to work with. Never one to shy away from a controversial issue and will certainly be missed for a long time. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

  7. I worked wih Mark on a difficult matter for VT Halter Marine. My experience was that he was a very fine lawyer and a very good person. We will miss him, and send our condolences to Mark’s family.

  8. Mark was the absolute best. He always gave me and others sound legal advice. And, he served as a mentor to many. As such, he was one of the “founding fathers” of VT Systems. I cherish his memory. May he rest in peace.

  9. To Mark’s family: Mark was an esteemed General Counsel and it was a great pleasure to work with him, a true professional in every way. In a most difficult case he provided guidance and always asked the right questions. And when we were successful he showed his deep appreciation. My deepest sympathies to his family. Stephen Stegich Condon & Forsyth

  10. Mark was a very nice colleague. He was very focused on his work and had a good sense of humour. We will miss him.
