Mary Elizabeth Brindley, 87, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Reston Hospital Center. Beloved wife of the late Robert James Brindley; devoted mother of Nancy (Givans), John, Robert and Kevin; cherished "Nana" of 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and beloved Aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers and one sister. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 20th at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1020 Springvale Road, Great Falls, Va. Interment in Eden, NY at a later date. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Just1Mike, a charitable foundation in honor of her late grandson, Michael at 413 Ridge Ave., Clarendon Hills, IL 60514.

Mary was part of the Sinclair family. We enjoyed her at the house for many holidays and family gatherings. She was a wonderful support for Mom after losing Dad. We will all miss her.
