Passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at her residence in Leesburg, VA., formerly of Vienna, VA. Beloved wife of the late Robert W. Carter, devoted mother of Robin Helbert and Mike Carter (Kathy), sister of Dorothy Eutsler, grandmother of Sean Helbert, Kari Carter, Lindsey Lincoln and Tyler Carter. Also survived by three great-grandchildren.

I have alot of good memories of the times we all spent together when we were young. Mary was my sister, Christine’s godmother and now they are both in heaven. Mary is no longer in pain and is with those that have passed before. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Love, Diane
