Michael F. Sullivan. Age 79, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 14, 2021 at his home in Oakton, VA. He was born March 17, 1942 in Teaneck, NJ to Francis and Dorothy Sullivan. He was a 1960 graduate of Father Judge High School in Philadelphia, PA. He earned a Bachelor's of Science in Entomology from the University of Delaware in 1964 and went on to earn a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland. He married Mary Evans on January 30, 1965 in Wilmington, DE. He was an officer in the US Army Medical Service Corps and worked as an Environmental Specialist with the Defense Logistics Agency as a civilian after retiring from the military. Michael was a loving husband, father, and grandfather always putting family first. After retiring, he was an avid fan of long cross-country driving trips with his wife, Mary, spending time with his grandkids, and drinking quality craft beer with his sons. Michael is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; 2 sons and their spouses, Ted and Traci Sullivan, and Andy and Katherine Sullivan; 7 grandchildren; and his sister Mary, his brother Kevin, and Kevin’s wife Nancy.
