Of Reston, Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Reston Hospital. Beloved wife of Raymond L. Bell; devoted mother of Barbara Bell Belcher, Sandra Bell McDonnell and the late Richard Bell; sister of Virginia Williams; grandmother of Lauren Belcher Lopez, Cassandra McDonnell, Jay McDonnell and the Late Michael Belcher. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 4:30 PM at United Christian Parish, 11508 N. Shore Drive, Reston, Va 20190. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Christian Parish.
