I remember very well “The Darne Corner” in Vienna Woods as a young man. My dad was also involved in the Lions Club and helped organize the Junior NRA club which I participated in. I think it was Bobby that was on that team that might have acheived greatness if I hadn’t held them back with my poor shooting! The entire Darne family is terrific and my thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God keep and bless you, Joe Ellis
We extend our condolences.

Bobby, Billy and Jackie I am very sorry for your loss. I always had great respect & admiration for both your Mom & Dad, while working as a subcontractor for George Darne & Sons. They were always B&F Ceramic Tile, Inc.’s favorite builder during our entire relationship, back in the day. I can’t say enough on how wonderful & gracious they always were.
Dear Bobby, Billy, and Jackie. What fond memories I have of spending time with Aunt Mildred and Uncle George, and my favorite boy cousins back in the 1950s in your home in Vienna. It is somewhat comforting to know that my mom, Margaret, is now having some special time with her sister, Mildred and brother-in-law, George. They are together now in a heavenly realm with no more earthly pain and sorrow. Take comfort in that. Love, Bonnie and Darryl
We extend our sincerest condolences to the entire Darne family and will have you all in our prayers in this time of sadness.
