Steve, David and I are so very sad to see Monica’s obiturary in the Washington Post this morning. Monica was just a fun, and giving person, her smile is what we will always remember about her. Always and only good memories. Your in our thoughts. Hope to see you one day soon.
Dear Steve, Marilyn and Bobby and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you in your loss of Monica. It is difficult to see someone you love suffer through an illness and not be able to make things better for them. Although she is now at peace, I know yours hearts are heavy. As time passes, little reminders of Monica will touch your hearts. They will be with you wherever you go. For now, may the love and support of others help you through. I was Monica’s classmate at St. Seb’s and Holy Angels. When I think of her, the first thing I remember her is her wonderful, friendly smile. I also remember how intelligent she was. She was one smart cookie. I remember giving her black fuzzy slippers at her “going to the convent” party. Whenever you look at the night sky, remember there is one star that is Monica, looking down on you. Peace and hugs to all of you.
