Sarah, Alex and Anne: My deepest sympathies for your loss. Tom was a wonderful man, and the kids and I enjoyed working at Pennywise with him for a number years. Of course his favorite topic of conversation was the grandkids! He was very proud of all of them. He also enjoyed talking with Billy about Boy Scouts, and encouraged him along the path to Eagle. He was a quiet giver, never boastful, and you had to dig a little to find out about all of his volunteer activities. He gave back so much to the church and the community. No one will miss him more than you, but he has many friends and acquaintances who join with you in mourning his death and celebrating his well-lived life. Love and blessings, Katherine
To Dear Sarah, Alex, Anne, and your family, May God’s blessings, love, and mercy be with each of you now and through the years ahead. As we celebrate Tom’s life together on Friday, may there be more tender memories of joy and love to join those already in your hearts. Sending love, Judith
Dear Sarah and family, Tom has been a rock and an inspiration through the long saga of his illness, as have youstanding firm in faith as together you have faced many, many difficult days. He leaves us with fond memories, and with admiration for his steadfast courage. We celebrate his life and know that now he is at peace, and we send our love and our prayers that God in his mercy will comfort and sustain you in the days ahead. John and Elizabeth Hedley
Sarah and family Our hearts go out to you on your loss. Tom was a wonderful, brave man, and he will be sorely missed. Thoughts and prayers are with you this day and always. Joni Langevoort and family
