Peggy Blankenbaker Coppage (Age 88)
On Friday, October 26, 2018, at the Adler Center in Aldie, VA. Peggy was the beloved wife of the late Harvey Coppage for 52 years and devoted mother to daughter Ramona Lynne Coppage of Pitcairn, PA and son Timothy Garland Coppage and daughter-in-law Sandra of Fairfax, VA. She is further survived by grandchildren Jessica (Matthew) Zuczek and Kasey (John) Moore and 5 great-grandchildren. The three boys, Owen, Miles, and Reed Zuczek, and two girls, Madeline and Claire Moore, gave her great joy.
Peggy grew up in Madison, VA, graduated from Radford University and settled in Vienna, VA. She was very active with Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the preschool where for 26 years she was a teacher and later the director.
A Service of Celebration will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church located at 2589 Chain Bridge Rd in Vienna, VA on November 1st at 11:00 am, followed by Internment at Hebron Lutheran Church located at 899 Blankenbaker Rd in Madison, VA.
