A brother for almost 60 years.
We are deeply saddened to hear the news, and regret that Phil will not be our neighbor when we return. Our hearts go out to Arlene and the rest of his family, and we wish you much strength during these trying times. Let us all try to take some comfort from knowing that Phil is at peace and enjoying his just reward for a good life.

Dear Phil, Thank you for your friendship over these past 23 years, and thank you for being who you are: loyal and strong to those you love, honorable and courageous to your comrades.
