PHYLLIS ANN S. HALLAHAN

Mrs. Hallahan was born in New York City and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, NY.
Shortly after graduation, she married Robert Francis. Hallahan, a recent graduate of the United States Military Academy and married in July of 1948. As an exemplary Army wife Mrs. Hallahan moved their family to 11 different military posts both in the United States and Germany. While Col. Hallahan served his final assignment with the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, they settled in Vienna, Va., where they have lived to the present time.
