Of Fairfax, Va., and formerly of District Heights, MD., died on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Fairfax Hospital. Loving father of Chip Burroughs (Melinda), devoted grandfather of Kyle and Kellie Burroughs and life-long friend of Grace Burroughs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
