Guestbook

  1. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I had the great good fortune to meet and work with Bob in the early 90s at CG headquarters, where beyond his extreme professional competence, I learned the importance of personal integrity, loyalty, respect for others and humor as hallmarks of his leadership. As the years passed we infrequently crossed paths, but it always seemed we picked up where we left off with great laughter and fond memories. Bob dubbed me Uncle Buck. I’m sure he is sailing in fair winds and will forever be an angel on your yardarm.

  2. Chris, Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. Just wanted to let you know that your Link-Belt Mid-Atlantic family are thinking about you and your family.

  3. Praying for you Marji . You two always showed us what great love and joy is . Thank you for sharing Bob and your adventures with us over the years and making us laugh so hard ! Love , Tami

  4. Bonnie and I would like to send heartfelt condolences to the entire Freeman family. Bob was a great guy and a super boss to have when I was working for him (back in the day) at the U.S. Coast Guard HQ. Remembering his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to bring a smile to everyone’s faces will always remain in our thoughts & memories. May he rest in peace! Cheers, BOB!!! Shirley Knight

  5. My heart goes out to you dear Marji Belle. Bob was one of the good guys, always with the jokes, always with the smiles, and always a class act. Please accept my sincere condolences on your unimaginable loss. With thoughts, prayers, and much love, Francine

  6. Bob was a good friend and neighbor to me, my wife and kids. All our prayers go out to Margie, Bob’s kids and grandkids – our hearts are heavy as we waited to hear where and when Bob’s services would be – we never heard but will say our fond goodbyes here. He was a good man and a good friend. He will be missed !!!! Tom B.
