Robert Karl Brummer Sr.

Robert (Bob) Brummer a resident of Vienna, VA for 52 years passed on May 19, 2023 after a short illness. He was born on May 12, 1937 to Karl and Minna Brummer.

Bob graduated from North Arlington NJ High School in 1955 where he excelled in basketball and was elected Bergen County player of the year. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army. From there he was awarded a four year basketball scholarship to The American University in Washington D.C.

He was a business owner and active member at Westwood Country Club and the American Legion Post 180. The Outer Banks of North Carolina was his home away from home.

He is survived by his daughter Susan Bosco, his son Bob Brummer, Jr. and his wife Brandi, his three grandchildren, Nicholas Baietti, and Boomer and Bailey Brummer. He also leaves a sister, Anita DeSimone and niece Claudine.

He will be missed for his generosity and love he showed to his family and friends.
