Robert Phipps Howke, formerly of Vienna, VA died on Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Fox Trail Assisted Living in Front Royal. He was the husband of the late Janet Marie Howke. He is survived by his sons Ronald L and David Wayne Howke, a sister Maxine "Mickey" Holliday, he is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren
