Robert William Sherman

Robert W. Sherman, age 82, died at his home in Vienna, VA. Beloved husband of Bonnie Sherman; father of William Sherman (Becky), Barbara Rogan (Bob), Anthony Sherman (Tammy), Charles Wolf (Sharon), Christopher Wolf (Maggie) and Caroline Trimp (J. B.). His also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made P.P.A. Education Fund, Plastics Pioneers Association, 3900 West Dayton Street, McHenry, IL 60050.

I love you PaPa and miss you very much. Thanks for all the great memories we shared over the years. Especially, my summer visits, and the trips on the train to downtown DC, visiting all of the sights. In particular I remember my congressional trips that I had set up for us that summer in 2005. This was to see the White House, State Department, and Library of Congress. Also, our summer visit in 2007 to Colonial Williamsburg/Jamestown in that Virginia summer heat comes to mind. Beside our pool time and splash ball was a great way to cool off after our long day of walking. Of course, other summers visits come to mind. These trips and you will always be in my heart. In addition, thanks for collecting the 50 state quarters with me, our emails and phone conversations especially over these past few months. I will one day see you again.
