Roy James Downey, Jr., 87, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015. He was a former resident of Vienna, Va. He was the husband of the late Geraldine Marie Downey. He is survived by his son, Roy J. (Jim) Downey, III, his daughter-in-law, Polly Downey; his grandchildren, Amy Downey, Abby Downey and Chris Rohr (wife, Lis) and great-grandchildren, Harper Rohr, Bennett Rohr and Gracie Rohr.
