  1. My condolences to Marsha in this very sad hour. I first met Rudy around 1965 when he joined DECO Electronics, and had the pleasure of working with him when he was with the Navy and knowing him as a friend for all of these some 43 years. Fare well old friend. Rest in Peace. Charlie

  2. My deepest sympathies to the Saverese family on this occasion of your loss. I knew Rudy professionally for twenty-seven years both when I was in the Navy and later when I was employed at APL. He was a fine gentleman and a great contributor to Navy communications. May he rest in peace. Ron Wiltsie

  3. Marsha & Family, Tina and I were sad to hear about the passing of Rudy. Rudy was a great friend and mentor who taught me Submarine C4I acquistion while I was active duty on the CNO N6 staff in the PGON. Rudy was a wonderful person and shipmate who will be missed. May God bless him !

  4. Marcia, Rudy was such a special man and a wonderful dedicated husband, great neighbor and a wonderful lover of animals. I, the kids, and Cassie will miss his love, kind heart, and warm smile. Please let us help you in any way. Much love, Gail, Emma, Ethan, Madison, Clayton and Cassie, Roberts

  5. Rudy, we haven’t seen each other in too many years but we did kept in touch by phone. I will always remember our boyhood days in Brooklyn and all the good things you did for me. Rest in peace dear brother, I love you.

  6. Marcia- I hate to say I did not get the message, but I didn’t. I considered Rudy a true professional and a great traveling companion. We had many wonderful times in Europe, pleasant work sessions, discussions and just great times.belatedly, but sincerely, I feel your loss.

  7. I was an Electrical Engineering working for Rudy at NAVALEX PME117 in 1978. Rudy was a true professional, a wonderful person, and a friend. We had a very close group of engineers and managers developing VLF Communications Networks (VERDIN and TACAMO). Several years later, I joined the U.S. Foreign Service (Department of State), traveled the world, and eventually retired to Florida in 2007 with 32 years of Federal Service. I am a devout Roman Catholic, and I will think of Rudy at Mass. Please remember us in heaven, dear friend.
