Ruth Irene Ramsey Speight

age 83, of Martinsburg, WV, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 16, 2012. Born September 29, 1928 in Clinchco, Va. She was the daughter of the late Stephen Rainwater and Elizabeth Counts Ramsey. She had been employed as a telephone operator for Sears. She was a member of the Community Church of God, Dunn Loring, Va. She is survived by one son, Richard B. Speight and his wife Karen of Asheville, NC; one daughter, Robin Judy and husband Gregory of Martinsburg, WV; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, two sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband Oscar Bruce Speight in 2005, one grandson, three brothers and one sister.
