Sally D'Angelo Francis of Rockville, Maryland died on Friday, March 13, 2009 at Shady Grove Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Robert R. Francis & devoted mother of Patrick & Kevin Francis. Also survived by seven grandchildren & three great-grandchildren.
