When I think of Poppy I see a smile that goes from one ear to the other. He was always full of joy. People always smiled when they saw him coming. I feel so blessed to have been able to call him my grandfather. I will always remember the great times we had together.
Stan was a customer of ours for many years. His smile lit up the place as soon as he walked in. He was always good natured and patient. The world was a better place having him in it. We are sorry to have lost him and extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Subway Restaurant. That’s where I met Stan. He was wearing a shirt that said Carousel Staff. I asked what carousel he worked for – he told me he owned the carousel and promptly handed a fistful of tickets and two posters to my 9 year old friend and myself. What a lovely charming man. I am so sorry to learn the sad news and so sorry for your loss. I always looked for Stan when I was in Vienna.
Stan, The Man! We all loved you at Antioch. You were such a big help to me when I broke my leg. You came and walked my dog a couple of times and Bud and I both appreciated it. I am so very sad to learn that you are gone, but I am so very glad that I knew you. Love and condolences to your family. Katharine
