On Saturday, August 6, 2011 at his home in McLean, VA. Beloved husband of the late Mimi Tandler; father of Tad Tandler, Rich Tandler, Bob Tandler and John Tandler; brother of Carolyn Tandler and grandfather of Katie, Winslow, Patrick, Paula, Tyler, Tom, Charles, Elizabeth and Jack. Family and friends are invited to Col. Tandler's Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 Maple Ave. West, Vienna, VA on Thursday, August 11 from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. John's Episcopal Church, 6715 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA 22101 on Friday, August 12 at 1:30 p.m.
Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church memorial fund.
