I met VIc in 1974 as I was being hired by NIS at the Brooklyn Navy Yard The tough Bostonian Italian put the NYC Irish guy through the grinder. Knowing him over these last almost 40 years, he was being the wise mentor and US patriot that he always was. I am proud and grateful to have known Vic and pray that he enjoys the deserved eternal rest he deserves. To the Palmucci family, I say sincere SALUTE to your loved one.
Jeff and Sherry, I am sorry to hear of the passing of your father. Such a person of strength to be missed. Know that you and your family will be in our prayers. Lance King
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. May their souls and the souls of all the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
Dear Carol, My deepest sympathy to you and the entire Palmucci family. I have fond memories of making sausage with Vic, and comparing our coveted ingredients. But most of all I recall his professional but fatherly leadership at the Naval Investigative Service. He will be missed by the entire NCIS family. It was an honor to serve with him.
