  1. The Owners and Staff at the Money and King Funeral Home, wish to express our sincere sympathy to you. It is our hope that we may be able to make a difficult time more bearable. Please feel free to call us anytime as we are always available to you. Bob Gallagher Funeral Director

  2. Viola, or Gigi as we called her, loved making her lasagnas, and she knew how much I loved those lasagnas… I still remember when I was fairly new to the family – I went with Katie to pick her up at her house in Queens. I told her I was excited to have the world famous lasagna I had heard so much about, and from there on out we were thick as thieves. She saw how happy I was when she started pulling tray after tray of lasagna out of multiple freezers. I was in heaven! Well… she’s in heaven now, and the angels are rejoicing for the world class lasagna chef they gained. We love you, Gigi 🙂

  3. My Grandmother was the most kind and giving person I know. She was always baking cookies or making meals to give to someone. She would not show up anywhere without 3 pans of lasagna…..it was the best! She made holidays magical with all the cakes and baskets and decorations. She was truly like Mrs. Clause. I loved talking to her and hearing her stories. She did not have an easy life, but you would never know. She is a great example of how to power through hard times and be a happy person. Anytime I think something is hard I think about my Grandma and all that she’s overcome. She was a tiny but mighty lady. I love her so much and happy she is reunited with her husband in heaven. Love, Katie

  4. Peggy, John, and Bobby, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. All of the first generation Pettit’s are now gone. Hopefully, they are all together with Nanny Pettit in a far better place. Please know that you and your families are in my thoughts and prayers. If there is anything that I can do please do not hesitate to contact me. My e-mail address is Gustave214@Aol.com. Take Care, Be Safe, and God Bless. Cousin Gus
