I met Wanda at ATF. A loving, caring and beautiful young lady who always had a heart helping others. It was Wanda who invited and had me join Toast Masters in ATF. She encouraged and pushed me to give my first speaking topic. She also was the decorator for the office parties and events. To her husband Jim, daughter Heather (Brad), grandchildren and siblings may the peace, comfort and strength of God be with your family. She was a jewel. She will be truly missed. Co-worker ATF/TTB Shelia Miller
My deepest sympathy to the family. May Wanda Rest in Peace Forever. We will miss her dearly. ?? Roberta Sanders (TTB)
Prayers going out to the family during this hard time. Love, Brenda C Williams
We are so sorry for your loss. Wanda was such a friendly, lovely, warm person.
May the love of our Heavenly Father, comfort and surround you during the passing of your loved one. Kia Ames, TTB employee
I worked with Wanda at ATF. She was always so sweet to me. She was so kind, loving and a joy to work with. I will always cherish the Christmas ornaments she sent me every year. We shared a birth month as well so that was our other special connection. She definitely had an impact on many. Rest in peace my friend. To the family, you have my deepest sympathy and prayers.
RIP Wanda.
A candle was lit for the decedent.
Such a terrific lady. I am good friends with Wanda’s daughter, Heather. When Heather would meet me and our friend, Paras, for lunch – Wanda would often pick up the tab – treating us to a nice meal. So sweet of her to to always think of us and brighten our day. Wanda was also so kind to my daughter, Ally, who was good friends with her eldest granddaughter, Rachel. She took the time to get to know her and inquired about her often. May she rest in peace.
I am so sorry to learn of Wanda’s passing. Anna and I offer our heartfelt condolences to Jim, Heather and all of her family. I first met Wanda at the ATF National Laboratory Center in Rockville, MD, where I arrived in 1981 to work as a chemist in the Non-beverage Alcohol Laboratory, which was responsible for testing and approving alcohol formulas used in non-beverage products containing alcohol. Wanda was a great help in orienting me to the procedures required in this laboratory. She was always friendly and easy to talk to. She always saw to it that birthdays in the lab were celebrated. If I remember correctly, she always baked a cake for the occasion. Wanda soon moved up to a position at ATF (TTB in 2003) headquarters in DC, but we still had occasional contact. It is really difficult to accept that Wanda is no longer in our midst. May she rest in peace and peace be with her family.
