Cherished father of Destiny Rose Davis Roberts; loving son of Whitney Blake Sr. and Lona Ellsworth Roberts; caring and devoted brother of Crystal Lynn, Edward John and Amber Nicole Roberts; grandson of Elizabeth Ann and Charles Franklin Roberts. He is also survived by his daughter's mother Tiffany Rose Davis.
Whitney will be missed by his loving family and close friends and he will be remembered as a "joker", "gamer", football player and one who loved to spend time with family.

I remember Aunt Liz and Uncle Charles talking about Whitney Jr all the time. I remember meeting him several times when he was a young boy. God be with all his family and friends. Whitney was not only a coworker, but an exceptional friend. His untimely death is tragic, and I send my sincere condolences to everyone affected by this loss. He was there for me in a critical time of need and offered advice that I still adhere to at present day. His presence in my life will be sorely missed, but his memory will continue living on.
Whitney, I can’t believe you’re not here. You’ve been in my dreams every night since you’ve been gone. When I awake, I wish I were sleeping so that i get to see you again. I’m going to miss having someone who understands me. Thank you for making me smile every time I hinted something was wrong. Seeing you always made me happy when I was having a bad day. I’m going to miss the way we joked around. I’m missing everything about you. I love you and you’ll always live in my heart. Rest in peace.

Whitney, I wish I could see you one more time and tell you what you meant to this family… I will have to wait until the day you and I can fly high through the clouds of heaven together. We all know how much you looked up to Lloyd and I understand that feeling the most. He is my idol and the person I have looked up to most in my life. You need to know that Lloyd took YOUR best characteristics and most of all your heart. In my eyes there is nothing stronger than a man with a heart of a lion, which we all know you have. In fact we both looked to you the most, as well as many others. Generally we look up to our older brothers, not our young brothers, but you were blessed with such amazing gifts that even your elders looked to you. Whitney I love you and cherish every moment I was with you. Please watch out for us and pour your love down to us. Not a “good-bye” but “see you later” brother.
