Guestbook

  1. Dear Stitt Family, You are in our thoughts and prayers. We have always admired Mr. Stitt’s love of family and dedication and contribution to the special needs athletes in Vienna; he will be missed by all.

  2. Dear Donnie & Linda: I am so sorry to learn of your Dad’s passing. My prayers are with you all during this time. Peace, Dawn, James & girls

  3. Betty, Donnie and Linda: We are sorry for your loss. As a long time neighbor we will miss Bill and we send our sincere condolences. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

  4. Don, I will always have fond memories of your Dad. If I could say one thing to him now, it would be thanks for giving so much of himself to ensure Vienna was a great place for us to grow up. We were all very lucky to have guys like your dad around. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  5. Donny, Sorry to hear about losing your dad. I remember both him and your mom from baseball. Your dad always seemed like a very gracious fellow around the ball park watching you and the other games as well as taking time to say hello and chat with the other parents and ball players.I also remember your mom sitting on a blanket during games, screaming whenever you got hits which was a lot. Anyway, again I am sorry for your loss and I hope to see you and your family sometime in the near future.

  6. Mrs. Stitt, Don, and family: Please accept my most sincere condolence with regard to the passing of Bill. I will remember him as true gentleman. He always had a kind word and treated everyone with respect. He will be greatly missed. Sincerely, Ken

  7. Betty, Donnie, Linda and Family My thoughts and prayers are with you. Treasure your memories and find peace in the days ahead.

  8. Betty, Don, Linda, Kristin, Emily, and Michelle, We join in your sorrow at the loss of Bill. He truly is an example of one who “fought the good fight and finished the course.” We know God’s promise of the crown of righteousness and the mansion he has waiting for us. I’m sure Bill’s includes a ball field as well. May God’s peace and love console and strengthen you now and in the years ahead. Love Kevin & Mary Wiedel

  9. Betty we have you and the whole family in our prayers. I know you will be lost without him, he was a great husband and a good man. We love you.

  10. Betty and family, we were all so sorry to hear about Mr. Bill’s passing. Please know that we are here if you need anything! The Zaras (Jason, Rebecca, Grififin and Vivian)

  11. Mrs. Stitt and Donny Sorry for your loss. I will always remember Mr. Stitt and playing football in your backyard with the neighborhood kids. He was really good with all of us. Many other memories as well.

  12. Mrs Stitt and Don, I am sorry to hear about your loss. Mr. Stitt was a great guy. Like my brother I have very fond memories of playing football, kickball, tag, and hide and seek down at your end of the street. It was a good place to grow up and you folks were and are part of some very fond memories.
