William "Tom" Dinsmore of Callao, Virginia and Northern Virginia died on Friday, July 10, 2009 at Retreat Hospital in Richmond, Virginia of natural causes. Father of William T. "Bill" Dinsmore, Jr., Tricia Gleaves, Kelley Dinsmore, James Dinsmore, Cynthia Rosano and Barney Dinsmore; brother of Doris Kelly, Linda Helton and Billy Dinsmore and grandfather of Elizabeth, Alicia, Christa, Michael, Will and Chris. He is also survived by his close friends, Jayne Weir and Glenn Everett III.

Tom has been a friend for well over 30 years. Though we didn’t see each other often, we had a bond with the past. Tom was a complex person with many talents. My sympathy to those he left behind. Hope they have plumbing and fishing where he is going. Sorry to miss the services but I will be in Tampa – my love & prayers are with you alway.
